Institutional Objectives
INSTITUTIONAL OBJECTIVES
 
1. To participate fully in the task of values formation by:
1.1. Providing student-centered yet value-laden educational formation
where love of God is integrally linked to life;
1.2. Managing a teaching-learning and working atmosphere conducive to
the personal and professional growth of the college personnel; and
1.3.Enabling students and college personnel to express their humanitarian
commitment through a life of genuine service and in the spirit of
solidarity and unity.
2. To engender fully a group of people with common ends in accordance with:
2.1. Upholding the Pasayenos values such as loyalty, respectfulness,
being humanitarian and innovativeness;
2.2. Strengthening the core values such as love of God, humane caring,
integrity, excellence both in academic and non-academic and
nationalism in the fulfillment of one’s duties and responsibilities as
significant expression of love and compassion to chosen
profession; and
2.3. Creating opportunities for building a community through service of
one another maintaining all the time a sensitive human-to-human
relationship.
3. To develop fully a community of highly competitive and skillful people with deep understanding on justice, peace and harmony in all academic and non-academic activities through:
3.1. Promoting full respect for human rights and dignity in the spirit of
equitable treatment;
3.2. Upholding humane considerations in delivering services to its
Constituents in cognizance with the standards of health care
professionals’ practice; and
3.3. Complementing the advancement of skills, knowledge and attitude
with spiritual basis for personal and professional transformation.
4. To contribute fully in the task of professional maturity and national development by:
4.1. Sustaining excellent and quality health care education both in
academic and non-academic programs in the context of service to
society;
4.2. Collaborating and cooperating in the advancement of knowledge,
skills and attitude through research and study, professional
competence, discipline and leadership, community extension
service; and
4.3 Upholding the value of human relationship, responsive service, history and culture in the pursuit of national identity and strong sense of nationhood.
